SATIB24 Crisis Call is a 24 hour emergency call service that manages guest related accidents and incidents.
Typical examples of emergency incidents are:
  • the sudden onset of potentially serious illness
  • an accident resulting in serious injury
  • an assault, rape, kidnap or other crime that threatens life or well being
  • exposure to blood, poisons or other hazardous materials
  • a fire or other natural disaster
The emergency call will be answered by a trained wilderness medical doctor who will access the situation and activate the appropriate action to be taken.

Details:

Day 1 WINDHOEK
Pick up rental vehicle at Windhoek Airport and proceed to Villa Verdi Guest House for check-in. At leisure. Overnight Villa Verdi Guest House (BB)

Day 2 & 3 WINDHOEK – BAGATELLE
After breakfast depart in southerly direction to Bagatelle Kalahari Game Reserve for check-in. The lodge lies on the edge of the Southern Kalahari in the mixed tree and shrub Savanna.

The ranch is characterised by huge red sands dunes running parallel, and in a northern-westerly to south-easterly direction.

The valleys in between the parallel dunes are commonly known as ‘streets’. Enjoy nature drives in the early morning and late afternoon.

Traditional sundowners on a red Kalahari sand dune will be the perfect way to watch the sun sink away into the distant dunes. Overnight Bagatelle Kalahari Game Reserve, Dune lodge (DBB)

Day 4 BAGATELLE – FISH RIVER CANYON
Head further south after breakfast to Canon Lodge, situated only 20 kilometres from the Fish River Canyon. The lodge is nestled against massive granite boulders.

For exploring the park you have the options by horse, by four-wheel drive or by walking stick. Or you can opt to see the winding gorges of the canyon by air (optional additional cost). Overnight Canon Lodge (BB)

Day 5 & 6 FISH RIVER CANYON – AUS
After breakfast depart to Aus, close to coastal town of Luderitz for check-in at Klein-Aus-Vista. It is the ideal starting point for excursions to view the Wild Horses of the Namib or visit the ghost town of Kolmanskop.

Go on nature drive to explore the fascinating plant and animal world of the Succulent Karoo in the Park. Overnight Eagle’s Nest Lodge (DBB)

Day 7 & 8 AUS – SOSSUSVLEI
Depart after breakfast in northern direction to Sossusvlei for check-in at Sossusvlei Lodge. Your choice to experience the desert beauty from a bird's eye view in a hot air balloon or by aircraft.

Take a guided drive through scenic natural beauty in a custom built and comfortable all-terrain vehicle with local guide (optional additional cost). Overnight Sossusvlei Lodge (DBB)

Day 9 SOSSUSVLEI – WINDHOEK
After breakfast depart to Windhoek for drop off vehicle at rental kiosk at Airport for onward journey.
