SATIB24 Crisis Call is a 24 hour emergency call service that manages guest related accidents and incidents.
Typical examples of emergency incidents are:
  • the sudden onset of potentially serious illness
  • an accident resulting in serious injury
  • an assault, rape, kidnap or other crime that threatens life or well being
  • exposure to blood, poisons or other hazardous materials
  • a fire or other natural disaster
The emergency call will be answered by a trained wilderness medical doctor who will access the situation and activate the appropriate action to be taken.
Note that this is a value-added service for which guests are

that the bearer holds *certificate/s of insurance issued by Safari & Tourism Insurance Brokers (SATIB) and certain Lloyd's of London Underwriters , which comply with the European Community Directive (90/314/EEC) and carry the following cover levels:

Details:

Day 1 WINDHOEK
On arrival in Windhoek Airport collect rental vehicle and proceed to Villa Verdi Guest House in Windhoek for check-in. Day at leisure. Overnight Villa Verdi Guest House BB

Day 2 & 3 WINDHOEK – TWYFELFONTEIN
After breakfast proceed to Twyfelfontein Lodge for check-in. The Twyfelfontein area, being a very vulnerable and delicate ecosystem, is renowned for some of the best examples of Bushman paintings and rock engravings in southern Africa.

Interesting rock formations and the remainder of prehistoric volcanic action can be seen among the most prominent geographic features including the Organ Pipes, Burnt Mountain, Doros Crater and the Petrified Forest. Twyfelfontein Lodge DBB

Day 4 & 5 TWYFELTONTEIN – ETOSHA
Proceed after breakfast to Etosha, check in at Ongava Lodge. Ongava Lodge is situated along the southern boundary of Etosha National Park in the privately owned Ongava Game Reserve.

Ongava is the ideal place from which to base your activities when visiting Etosha.

Accommodation comprises twelve air-conditioned brick, rock and thatch chalets, each with en-suite facilities. 1 Scheduled night drive from Ongava Lodge. Overnight Ongava Lodge (DBB)

Day 6 & 7 ETOSHA – OKONJIMA
After breakfast proceed to Okonjima home of the Africat foundation. Activities on offer are leopard tracking in game viewing vehicles, cheetah tracking on foot, bushman trails, nature trail, bird watching or nocturnal hide where guests have the opportunity to view nightlife from the hide after dinner. Overnight Okonjima Main Camp (DBB)

Day 8 OKONJIMA – WINDHOEK
After breakfast proceed to Windhoek Airport for drop off of rental vehicle and onward journey. Tour ends
