SATIB24 Crisis Call is a 24 hour emergency call service that manages guest related accidents and incidents.
Typical examples of emergency incidents are:
  • the sudden onset of potentially serious illness
  • an accident resulting in serious injury
  • an assault, rape, kidnap or other crime that threatens life or well being
  • exposure to blood, poisons or other hazardous materials
  • a fire or other natural disaster
The emergency call will be answered by a trained wilderness medical doctor who will access the situation and activate the appropriate action to be taken.

not charged

White Water Rafting (Victoria Falls)
 
Details:

Get ready for a very wet, adrenalin-filled day. The rapids are all grade 4 and 5, making for big white water. Calm pools of water separate the rapids - perfect for getting your breath back and admiring the spectacular scenery before you tackle the next one. Depending on your adrenalin limit, there is the option of enjoying either a half-day or full day white water rafting trip.

• Courtesy transfers from major hotels / lodges in Vic Falls

Remember
• Wear light, easy drying clothing and shoes suitable for rafting
• Bring sunscreen
• Do not bring valuables and attach all glasses securely to you
• We do not advise bringing cameras, but you may, at your own risk
• USD 10 National Parks River Usage Fee is NOT included and needs to be paid in Cash.
