On your way to Sossusvlei in the heart of the Namib Desert there is a place where time does not exist. The hand of God paused on these vast plains, touching your senses as never before. LOCATION
Betesda is situated 5km along road D854 from road C19 – we are 40km from Sessriem, 300km from Windhoek (to Rehoboth then onto MR47 - Kobos, Klein Aub, Rietoog and Bullspört and onto road D854) and 357km from Walvisbay.
ACCOMMODATION
There are 17 twin-bed rooms and 4 family rooms. All rooms are decorated with an African theme and have their own private patio with a beautiful view. Each room have a fan and mosquito net.
CAMPING
We offer 14 camp sites with braai facilities and hot water at the ablution block.
Also within walking distance of the swimming pool and dining area.

Thatched dinning area, sunset lookout point, swimming pool, outside “braai” with bar, internet café, pool table, TV room, curio shop, public/flexi card phones and conference facilities. (Conference/internet café/curio shop will only be available as from end of August)
ACTIVITIES
Betesda offers sun downer cruises while enjoying the most beautiful sunsets, horse trails with experience guide , hiking, trips to Sossusvlei in an air-conditioned 4x4, bird watching and balloon and plane flights over Sossusvlei and the desert can be arranged.
