SATIB24 Crisis Call is a 24 hour emergency call service that manages guest related accidents and incidents.
Typical examples of emergency incidents are:
  • the sudden onset of potentially serious illness
  • an accident resulting in serious injury
  • an assault, rape, kidnap or other crime that threatens life or well being
  • exposure to blood, poisons or other hazardous materials
  • a fire or other natural disaster
The emergency call will be answered by a trained wilderness medical doctor who will access the situation and activate the appropriate action to be taken.

not charged

Gorges Lodge (Victoria Falls)
The attraction of Gorges Lodge lies in its stunning views and proximity to the legendary Victoria Falls. Built on the edge of Batoka gorge just outside of the town, Gorges Lodge is the ideal place to stay. You can enjoy one of six single or four double-story luxury chalets each of which is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens which includes a swimming pool, and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beautifully furnished chalets are set up into two double and 8 twin rooms with ceiling fans, stocked with bar fridge, shower, bath, flush toilet and hot and cold running water. Every chalet has its own private verandah with a unique view of the gorge and the mighty Zambezi river 200 meters below.
  
Hwange Safari Lodge (Hwange)

Ilala Lodge (Victoria Falls)
Ilala Lodge offers distinguished yet affordable accommodation in a gracious and secluded ambiance. The decor evokes a bygone era of adventure and the quest of discovery in Africa. The hotel is ideally situated and is the closest to the Victoria Falls as well as the town centre. The National Park borders the front of property and wild animals often graze on the hotel lawns with the spray of the falls in the background. Ilala Lodge offers 32 rooms - 24 twins, 8 doubles and 2 suites. All rooms have en suite bathroom with separate shower, air conditioning, overhead fan and satellite TV and are served early morning tea / coffee and fruit basket. The rooms are spacious with railway sleeper teak furnishings and patio doors leading onto either open lawn or a balcony where you are afforded a view of the spray of the falls from the upper level rooms.
