SATIB24 Crisis Call is a 24 hour emergency call service that manages guest related accidents and incidents.
Typical examples of emergency incidents are:
  • the sudden onset of potentially serious illness
  • an accident resulting in serious injury
  • an assault, rape, kidnap or other crime that threatens life or well being
  • exposure to blood, poisons or other hazardous materials
  • a fire or other natural disaster
The emergency call will be answered by a trained wilderness medical doctor who will access the situation and activate the appropriate action to be taken.

that the bearer holds *certificate/s of insurance issued by Safari & Tourism Insurance Brokers (SATIB) and certain Lloyd's of London Underwriters , which comply with the European Community Directive (90/314/EEC) and carry the following cover levels:

Public Liability - ZAR5 million / incident / occurance AND Professional Indemnity - ZAR1 million / incident / occurance

Bartholomeus Klip, Wellington
Bartholomeus Klip's 10 000 acre fynbos nature reserve is part of the Cape Floral Kingdom, the world's smallest, but the richest in species for its size. Here, in this unexplored region only an hour by car from Cape Town's international airport, you can feel part of the peaceful life of rural South Africa and its clean crisp air and star-filled night skies. A working wheat and sheep farm and a nature reserve with a spectacular mountain backdrop. Wild Olive House and its adjoining cottage, separately sited from the main Farmhouse, provide a option where children are welcome. Wild Olive House has its own swimming pool and outdoor living area, with space to braai (or barbecue) beside the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for both cooking and eating. Parents can enjoy meals at the main house and baby sitting is available whilst parents have their meals at the Main House. The Cottage has a bedroom, bathroom and small sitting room, with mini-fridge and facilities for making tea or coffee. You can watch the setting sun turn the mountains pink from your own private deck.
  
De Zeekoe Guest Farm, Outshoorn
